Everett collaborated with Bellwether Housing on several high-impact identity artworks while still remaining budget conscious.
Working within the guidelines of the Roosevelt Neighborhood Association for the primary artwork locations, an installation of pillar collars were selected to be a beacon at the pedestrian underpass, along with guardrail screens all inspired by papel picado.
The project also had the goal of utilizing some of the reclaimed wood materials available from Bellwether. Large icon signage for the elevator lobbies were hand made by a local artist in collaboration with the contractor.
Other interior installations included custom corridor applique to assist with wayfinding, a large textile installation for the primary lobby and a reclaimed wood installation in the secondary.
