Gables on Queen Anne is a new community that had a robust phased art program. While working with barrientosRyan, art projects included:

• Temporary construction fence activations and art.
  – We worked with a graphic designer and Coe Elementary school for art and a neighborhood amenities map.
  – The second iteration of the construction fence murals were in partnership with PATH with Art.
• Custom artist-designed screens both for the residential entry and the grocery store entry.
• A 7-story, artist designed mural. The mural design, once finalized, was printed and installed by Waypoint Sign Co. Additional complimentary murals were added in two other locations.
• An artist designed mural installed at the garage entry in collaboration with Safeway.
