
Everett was brought in for visioning with the marketing team for the Metropolitan Companies with a goal to make the building’s small lobby very memorable for prospective tenants.
Working off the brand of the building, Everett crafted an open call for proposals. An artist team, F.E.W. Research was selected for their blend of sculpture, video and light installation. The goal of a memorable and identifying lobby was achieved!
Using strategic sculptural elements and augmented reality, the art installation actually extends through all six floors of the building at each elevator lobby.
