Legacy Partners had a brand goal to involve local art all throughout the landscape and interior spaces of Youngstown Flats.

Everett worked with fourteen artists for site-specific installations within a fixed budget and a one year time frame. This building was unique in that we awarded 6 artists or artist teams each a residential corridor. The artists submitted an installation proposal to match a set budget for creating a custom installation or series for each floor.

The lobby had several custom pieces, including a large wood wall with counter seating.

At the exterior was was a major installation of an 8 ½ foot cor-ten steel sculpture at the entry that required a street permit, a small crane and coordination with the contractor, structural engineer and landscape designer.
